Dear Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan,

 

I commend your tireless and ceaseless efforts and fights to restore probity, integrity, accountability, transparency, efficiency, fair play and justice in public life.

 

I wish you success in your mission, particularly

 

(I) In establishing a new political culture that will place citizen at centre of governance

(II.) In ensuring Speedy, accessible, effective and affordable justice at all levels to all citizens, irrespective of means and station at birth

(III) In Insulating crime investigation from the vagaries of partisan politics and to make police effective, citizen friendly, accountable and just in all respects,

(IV) In Combatting corruption and mis-governance through an institutional framework which will enhance transparency and accountability at all levels of administration, and

(V) In restoring public life and politics the dignity and respectability that it deserves to attract right thinking and committed young citizens to actively and proudly participate in it.

 

May the WHISTLE blow the clarion call for GOOD GOVERNANCE at all levels and ensure peace, harmony, justice and prosperity for all.
